Ash class - Peace at Last!

Class: EYFS Year: 2023 - 2024

Ash class have finished off their Peace at Last topic with a super re-enactment of the story.  

'Peace at Last' is about a family of bears, Mr Bear, Mrs Bear and Baby Bear. One particular evening daddy bear is struggling to fall asleep and so the story follows his journey through the house trying to find somewhere comfortable and quiet to sleep.
 
Through this book we learnt about nocturnal animals, families, types of homes and emotions.

Amy, from Cheshire Cricket, talked to us all today about her journey into cricket and especially her struggle being the only female cricketer at school and university.

Year 6 had a fun camp out on the school field on Friday. Their favourite memories were Pepper, S'moors, rounders and performing ....... again! They were so well behaved that the staff all enjoyed themselves too. Even the rain didn't dampen their spirits -
