We are Zoologists in Year 1&2

Lesson: Science

Class: Year 1&2 Year: 2023 - 2024

We turned into Zoologists in Year 1 and Year 2. We looked for signs of spring and new life. We found minibeasts, flowers and buds on trees.We heard different bird song and spotted some sitting high in the trees. We talked about conservation and how it is very important to protect our living things and the UK environment. Fir Class are Zoologists.jpg

Amy, from Cheshire Cricket, talked to us all today about her journey into cricket and especially her struggle being the only female cricketer at school and university.

Year 6 had a fun camp out on the school field on Friday. Their favourite memories were Pepper, S'moors, rounders and performing ....... again! They were so well behaved that the staff all enjoyed themselves too. Even the rain didn't dampen their spirits -

Year 5 enjoyed their drumming workshop with Amasing!
