What a busy last week the children have had in Oak Class! We have been continuing to read our class text 'Peace at Last' and learning all about houses and homes. The children have been busy designing and building their own houses in our loose parts areas and outdoor construction site and have also drawn and talked about the people that they live with. Our daily Dough Disco sessions are still a popular part of our afternoons, especially with Friday's spooky themed song!

In Science, Sycamore Class have enjoyed investigating whether the mass of an object can affect how quickly it can fall to the ground.

Year 6 enjoyed a friendly debate this afternoon on 'Should Year 6 use plastics'.

Sycamore Class have enjoyed investigating the aerodynamics of paper aeroplanes in Science today.
