Ash class have had lots of spooky fun this week with our book 'Room on a Broom'. We have learnt rhyming spells and made our own spell books. We have drawn and labelled the story characters, weaved spiders' webs and mixed our own potions. We also had a visit from the drama company Drama4All and had a super time on our adventure with Phileas Fogg.
Elm Class enjoyed the new Adventure Playground

In Year 1&2 we have been learning about what animals, including humans need for survival.
We found out that they need AIR, WATER, FOOD and SHELTER.

The children have enjoyed their art this half term. They have learnt about the Russian artist Kandinsky. Come along and see our work inthe school corridor.
We have also been designing our own Christmas cards ready to be published.
We finished our history topic off by making our own lamp just like the one Florence Nightingale used.
